I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to Dr. Baiju Senadhipan for graciously accepting my request to join his team at SIMS. It was a heartwarming experience to see the way he communicates with his students and junior staff, I felt like his younger brother under his mentorship. What touched me most was his generosity in providing this invaluable opportunity without expecting any payment in return. Dr. Baiju’s kindness and support have left an indelible mark on my journey in the field of minimally invasive surgery.
